Labor and Employment Defense Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate with 3 to 5 years of labor and employment defense experience to join our team at Akerman LLP.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a litigation caseload, including drafting responsive pleadings, position statements, discovery requests/responses, and discovery/dispositive motions. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and membership in the New York State Bar are required.
What We OfferAkerman LLP offers a competitive annual base salary of $200,000 - $275,000, as well as an annual discretionary bonus, paid time off, professional and client development allowance, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k Profit Sharing Plan, and a pre-tax transportation benefit.
