Job Overview

Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician | 1st Shift | $24-$33/hour

Location: Sumter, SC

Offering weekly pay, competitive benefits, and quarterly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs and general upkeep tasks, focusing on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams for effective troubleshooting and repair of all facility machinery.
  • Operate and diagnose variable speed AC and DC drive controllers, along with servo motion controls, incremental and absolute position encoders, and resolvers.
  • Assess and rectify PLC-controlled machinery using appropriate methodologies and auxiliary equipment.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify failures and apply problem-solving strategies for efficient equipment repairs.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for machinery and the standardized maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with vision and robotic systems is advantageous.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of technical education and practical experience.
  • Proficient in reading electrical meters and schematics.
  • Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, welding, HVAC, and electrical work.
  • Experience with PLC systems.
