Maine Behavioral Healthcare (MBH) is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Psychiatrist to join its multidisciplinary team in Rockland, Maine. The ideal candidate will provide medical leadership and deliver high-quality patient care to adults 18 years and older.
Key Responsibilities:- Initial evaluations and treatment planning
- Medication management and therapeutic interventions
- Integration with primary care services of MaineHealth
- Graduate of Allopathic or Osteopathic Medical School
- Completion of internship and psychiatric residency and/or fellowship training
- Current and valid licensure as a physician by the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine
- Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or eligible for examination
- Board Certified or board eligible in general psychiatry
- Current DEA Registration Certificate
- 3+ years of experience inclusive of residency and/or fellowship training
