About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at McConnell Membership Services. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you'll be responsible for leading group exercise classes, creating engaging and challenging workouts, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead group exercise classes, including spinning, Pilates, yoga, and other specialty classes
* Develop and implement new exercise programs and classes
* Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns
* Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

* High School or GED (Required)
* Certification from a recognized certifying board, such as ACE, ACSM, or AFAA
* 1 year of experience as a Group Exercise Instructor
* CPR/BLS or ACLS certification
