Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at the Athletic Club of Columbus. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members in the pool area and assisting in the teaching of swim lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct swim lessons to members of all ages and skill levels.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean pool environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging swim lesson plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.

Requirements:

  • Current certification in Water Safety Instruction (WSI) or equivalent.
  • Ability to swim and tread water.
  • Previous experience teaching swim lessons to children and adults.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
