Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bartender to create and mix balanced, tasty cocktails and mocktails. Our ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create and mix a variety of cocktails and mocktails
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, friendly demeanor
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet the requirements for a valid King County Food Handlers Card and WA State Alcohol Server Permit

Requirements
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer
  • Understand the principles of customer service and the steps of service
  • Possess a keen eye for detail
  • Be highly organized and able to maintain a positive, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid King County Food Handlers Card
  • Valid WA State Alcohol Server Permit
  • 21+ years of age

Tavolata Redmond offers a competitive hourly rate and a 22% service charge added to all checks, which is retained by the house. We do not rely on traditional gratuities and instead, split any gratuities left by customers amongst our hourly employees.
