We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences and have a keen eye for detail. As a Bartender at Tavolata Redmond, you will be responsible for crafting and mixing balanced, tasty cocktails and mocktails, while providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to our guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, friendly demeanor
  • Meet the requirements for a valid King County Food Handlers Card and WA State Alcohol Server Permit

Requirements

  • 21+ years of age

Tavolata Redmond does not believe in relying on traditional gratuities as a form of compensation. Instead, we pay our hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. Any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To ensure our best-in-class customer experience and remain competitive, we add a 22% service charge to all checks, which is retained by the house.
