About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our team. As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a critical role in representing Pagaya to the global investment community, providing investor and market intelligence to senior management, and educating investors and sell-side analysts on our strategy and performance.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of financial markets, investor relations, and corporate communications. You will work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement investor outreach strategies, manage investor meetings and conferences, and create and maintain investment theses that articulate our company's story and value proposition.

You will also be responsible for managing and supporting our quarterly earnings process, including the creation of materials, collaboration with internal departments, coordination, and logistics, as well as communication with sell-side and buy-side analysts after earnings.

In addition, you will keep existing and prospective investors informed about Pagaya through face-to-face meetings, individual or group calls, broker-sponsored conferences, presentations, press releases, and other written communications.

You will collaborate with relevant departments across Pagaya to stay up-to-date on our business strategy and performance, and ensure that our company adheres to disclosure and regulatory requirements of the SEC and Nasdaq.

You will also provide senior management and the Board of Directors with feedback and insight from analysts and investors about their perceptions of the company, and assist senior management in decision-making by anticipating investment community reaction to potential strategic and business initiatives.

You will work closely with the Communications, Legal, and Compliance departments to create internal and external messaging, ensuring that communication is consistent and standardized, and in line with our company's disclosure policy.

You will maintain our CRM system, cataloging and logging all information, and execute standardized reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of prior experience working in investor relations or equivalent (consulting/investment banking)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with evolving priorities while staying flexible and organized along the way
  • Excellent written, verbal, and graphical communications skills, enabling concise and simple communication of complex concepts
  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills, including understanding of key business drivers
  • Honed interpersonal and networking skills and sales-oriented mindset is a plus
  • Adept at CRM management (familiarity with Irwin is a plus), with meticulous attention to detail as well as a methodical and data-driven approach
  • Understanding of financial statements and public company reporting requirements
  • Some travel will be required
Compensation

The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.

Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

Compensation Range for New York-Based Hires: $110,000-$130,000 USD
