Ambulatory Nurse II Job Description

As an Ambulatory Nurse II, you will play a vital role in our team, working collaboratively with top professionals across various disciplines to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and integrate best current evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences to deliver optimal healthcare.
  • Minimize risk of harm to patients, families, providers, and self through system effectiveness and individual performance.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate coordination of care across the continuum.
  • Provide individualized care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age-appropriate considerations of assigned patients.
  • Engage in systematic, evidence-based problem solving and decision making to promote effective changes within the care delivery system.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Registered Nurse - PA license.
  • ACLS or BCLS or PALS certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience.
