Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, particularly in a food manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including equipment troubleshooting and repair. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to food safety and manufacturing standards.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational culture change.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Dairy Manufacturing: Previous experience in dairy manufacturing or a similar food production environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • World-Class Manufacturing: Experience with World-Class Manufacturing principles.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Budget Management: Experience in preparing and managing budgets for maintenance operations.
