Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout the surgical process, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
- Assist in preparing patients for surgical interventions, which includes administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Maintain precise and thorough patient documentation.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols diligently.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding post-operative care and recovery processes.
