We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating caregiving activities, training and mentoring new caregivers, and developing and implementing care plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate caregiving activities to ensure high-quality care for clients.
- Train and mentor new caregivers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
- Develop and implement care plans for clients in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Monitor and assess clients' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and provide medical assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in caregiving or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
