Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Support our kitchen staff in preparing and serving high-quality food, including menu preparation, food presentation, and serving.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or culinary training preferred.
  • Previous food service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with frequent reaching, bending, and standing.
