Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing of buildings and equipment, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents and tenants.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and tenants, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of our properties, including landscaping, snow removal, and other seasonal tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for tasks and projects.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 1-3 years of experience in custodial or janitorial work, preferably in residential or commercial real estate.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
