Construction Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Supervisor to oversee field operations, manage labor, and lead a team of glaziers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Aerotek, a reputable company with a strong track record.
Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Lead multiple glazing projects, including storefront installations, tenant improvements, and curtain walls.
- Labor Management: Plan, schedule, and manage labor to ensure effective resource allocation and timely project completion.
- Team Leadership: Develop and guide a skilled team of glaziers, promoting top performance and adherence to safety standards.
- SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and maintain consistent quality.
- Efficiency Improvement: Analyze field operations to identify areas for improvement and introduce processes that increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Serve as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.
- Quality Control & Safety: Ensure all fieldwork meets company standards for quality and complies with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
A successful candidate will have experience as a foreman, superintendent, or similar role in the glazing trade, with strong communication skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities.
Requirements- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Technical Expertise: Expert installer of storefront, tenant improvements, and curtain wall systems, with knowledge of Herculite Doors.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage labor, develop SOPs, and lead teams to achieve high-quality workmanship.
