Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual to collaborate with our Finance and Sales Compensation teams, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance. This role involves supporting the development, enhancement, and upkeep of our Finance and Sales Compensation Systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in an Analytic or Business-related field such as Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in financial system administration, configuration, or development is essential. A solid understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures is also required. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial and operational modeling, is necessary for validating configurations. Experience in Sales Compensation, financial reporting, or project management is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system, including the development and testing of Sales Compensation plans and overall system maintenance.
  • Oversee the configuration, testing, and implementation of Sales Compensation plans in Xactly Incent, including report and dashboard creation in collaboration with the Sales Compensation team.
  • Assist in the implementation of new sales compensation plans by gathering and documenting processes, determining design and system integrations, and testing components.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, including finance, accounting, internal IT, and BI/EPM support teams.
  • Act as a representative of the Financial Systems team to enhance the utilization of technology for automating manual tasks and improving processes while minimizing redundancies and inefficiencies.
  • Support Financial Systems Management on additional initiatives as they arise.

Role Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet critical deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience with Xactly is highly preferred, along with familiarity with enterprise analytical systems related to Finance and Sales Compensation.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • A willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and business professionals across the organization.
  • Understanding of financial and compensation terminology and processes.
