Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Document nursing assessments accurately and identify situations that require intervention.
- Formulate and communicate clear goals along with a directed plan of care.
- Ensure the protection of patient rights and maintain a high standard of care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Critical Care is required; experience in Surgical/Trauma ICU is preferred.
- This role is designated as a Leadership Position.
