At Tampa General Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse-Surgical/Trauma ICU to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Surgical/Trauma ICU environment
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough nursing assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based interventions
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
* BSN preferred
* Critical Care experience required
* Surgical/Trauma ICU experience preferred
