Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team at GPAC. As a leading search firm, we specialize in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, providing strategic legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in trials, demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy and planning, leveraging expertise and experience.
Qualifications:
  • 1-10 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong background in commercial litigation.
  • Must be Bar licensed in AR, in good standing.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
