Job Description

Paralegal

Our client is a highly respected law firm with a strong focus on civil litigation, recognized for delivering top-tier legal services to clients across Arkansas. The firm is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated paralegal to advance their career in a collaborative and dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
  • Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining documents in physical and electronic formats.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to attorneys and other legal staff.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; paralegal certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal (civil litigation experience preferred)
  • Proficient in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
