Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all elements of property operations, including leasing, marketing, customer relations, rent collection, maintenance, and financial reporting.
  • Meet with prospective customers to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all safety and security requirements are met, clean units, grounds, and common areas, change light bulbs, and make minor property repairs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to follow a checklist, prioritize tasks, eliminate distractions, establish a routine, delegate responsibilities, and experience of using an electronic calendar such as Microsoft Outlook or Teams.
  • Sales aptitude, understanding, knowing, and presenting the amenities, identify issues and adjust to correct solutions.
  • Analytical skills, analyze different solutions and find the best course of action, demonstrate resourceful ways to approach a situation, efficiently utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet explorer to complete, compile, and submit documents, operate a Point of Sales system.
  • Self-motivated/perseverance, handle conflicts and the process forward, ability to overcome obstacles.
