  • Develop and implement innovative processes, machinery, and operational procedures.
  • Engage in Lean activities such as events, 5S, 8D, and Preventative Maintenance programs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and utilize tools like 5 Why to boost productivity.
  • Collaborate with Global Product Line Managers on cost-effective new product development.
  • Support the manufacturing team in refining and advancing processes for both existing and new equipment.
  • Research and draft Capital Expenditure Requests (CER's) for new equipment aimed at improving productivity and quality.
Essential Skills:

Hard Skills: Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques, product development, process optimization, and equipment enhancement.
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.

Job Type:

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 months.

Work Environment:

This role is fully on-site, offering a clean, climate-controlled workspace that fosters collaboration. You will be part of a dynamic team of 11 engineers, including Metallurgists, Mechanical Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers.
