We are currently seeking a temporary Project Financial Specialist to support our finance team during a transitional period. This role is designed to be fully remote for candidates within the specified region.

The primary role of the Project Financial Specialist is to assist the project team with contract adjustments, compliance, financial transactions, reporting, and other project-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial operations for designated projects.
  • Provide support to project teams regarding inquiries or requirements related to the finance department.
  • Handle billing processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments to vendors in accordance with client specifications.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a project finance role.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrates respect for colleagues, fosters a positive work environment, and actively contributes to team objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Produces work that is accurate, thorough, and consistent, consistently meeting or exceeding established standards.
  • Accountability: Takes responsibility for personal and team goals, ensuring the successful completion of projects and initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and related financial software.
  • Experience in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payment processes.
  • An associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM in a fully remote capacity.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $84,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
