  • Provide management with metrics reports to evaluate the effectiveness of fraud detection strategies.
  • Engage with customers regarding alerts related to suspicious activities.
  • Manage records of card inventory to prevent loss or fraudulent use.
  • Support annual audits and assist with account reconciliations and reporting.
  • Review adjustments made to cardholder accounts.
