Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at SRS Distribution. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, builders, and other industry professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with our inside sales support team and vendors to plan and execute promotions and product launches
  • Develop and execute a detailed annual sales plan to drive growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • Prior success selling roofing and/or building products in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of managing a multi-million dollar territory and driving year-over-year growth
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving growth and revenue
