Job Overview
The Evergreen Mentorship Program is seeking a clinical mental health professional to conduct assessments and provide support to clients. This is a remote position that requires a strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses and excellent communication skills.

Salary:$75 per completed assessment, including intake assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and entry into EHR system.

About the Role
This role involves conducting assessments with clients via phone call or text message, evaluating their biopsychosocial condition, and providing a clinical diagnosis when appropriate. You will also develop a treatment plan with the client and input their assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan into the organization's EHR system in a timely manner. Additionally, you will maintain current knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses, attend required meetings and trainings, and exhibit positivity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have up-to-date knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses, excellent communication skills, access to a reliable computer and internet connection in a private setting, and the ability to maintain high levels of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality. You should also have demonstrated experience and cultural competence in working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ populations and be licensed in the state of Ohio as a completely independent licensed Social Worker or Counselor.

Benefits
This is a 1099 contractor position, and you will be paid $75 per completed assessment. The work is entirely virtual and remote, with all assessments being conducted via phone call or text message.
