Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Closing Coordinator to join our Community Association Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing legal documents, liaising with real estate agents, closing attorneys, and lenders to ensure all parties adhere to the terms of the closing/resale agreements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process legal documents, including closing agreements and resale documents
  • Liaise with real estate agents, closing attorneys, and lenders to ensure compliance with closing/resale agreements
  • Manage timelines and deadlines for closing and resale transactions
  • Provide administrative support to the closing team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with community managers and association coordinators to ensure accurate and timely completion of closing and resale transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including insurance tracking and lease tracking
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a closing or administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
