Key Responsibilities- Chairside Support: Assist our dentists in utilizing proper four-handed dentistry techniques, observing universal precautions, and maintaining a clean and organized dental operatory.
- Patient Care: Provide outstanding customer service, maintain patient comfort before, during, and after dental procedures, and ensure that patients are informed and educated about their treatment options.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with maintaining patient records, informed consent documents, and dental charts, as well as ordering and stocking dental supplies.
- Infection Control: Comply with office policies and procedures related to infection control, following OSHA guidelines and ensuring safety protocols are upheld.
- Radiography and Instrumentation: Expose and digitally record ordered radiographs, clean and prepare instruments for sterilization, and sterilize and/or disinfect instruments, handpieces, and ancillary equipment.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification and CDA Certificate.
- Experience: 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma.
