Position Overview


Ensemble Performing Arts is on the lookout for a dynamic, skilled, and dedicated
guitar and percussion instructor to provide part-time lessons at our music academy.

We seek educators who can conduct lessons IN PERSON


Instructors have the flexibility to determine their availability within our operational hours, but both students and staff value consistency, so preference will be given to those with more open schedules.


Ideal candidates will possess a solid musical foundation demonstrated by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, Music Education, or equivalent performance experience, a genuine passion for teaching, experience with young musicians, a strong commitment to punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a standard background check.

Compensation for instructors is based on experience and ranges from $35 to $37 per hour. A 401(K) plan with employer matching is available to all employees after a probationary period.
