Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting gold-standard beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing wait times.
  • Actively engage with guests, describing menu items and making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as mixology techniques.
