Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized and efficient bar environment.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Adhere to all local and federal liquor regulations, including ID verification and alcohol awareness protocols.
• Effectively manage guest complaints and challenging situations using the AIM approach: Apologize, Investigate, and Involve Management.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting while multitasking effectively.
• Prepare meticulously and strive for excellence in every drink served.

Preferred Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

3-5 years of bartending experience in a casual dining environment is required.
