Job Summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapy Technician to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize therapy equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and returning equipment to its proper location.
  • Stock treatment rooms and assist with clerical tasks, including scheduling as assigned.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of the rehabilitation team.
  • Facilitate orderly department functioning and participate in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and hospital meetings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience serving people and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with all customers and co-workers.
