Resource Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Agile professional to lead our Scaled Agile transformation initiative. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring, influencing, and guiding the team to adopt best practices of Agile development methodologies.
With a strong background in Agile, you will ensure that the team's work is aligned with the program's agreed design principles, engineering practices, governance, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Scaled Agile transformation initiative
- Mentor and coach teams to improve processes and productivity
