Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on CNC and ACME machinery, automation systems, stamping presses, and various industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose, modify, and repair production machinery and related equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to implement process or equipment enhancements.
  • Effectively communicate with Tool and Die, Engineering teams, Supervisors, and external vendors regarding project and repair issues.
  • Preferred ability to fabricate, weld, or machine components as needed.
  • Plan and execute work sequences for the installation, repair, and maintenance of diverse production and facility equipment.
  • Maintain and repair interior and exterior building systems, including air compressors, HVAC units, lighting, and restroom facilities.
  • Assist in the relocation and installation of large machinery.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, work orders, and manuals.
  • Utilize basic hand and power tools, machine tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician is ideal.
    • Basic understanding of PLCs and computer skills.
    • Experience in fast-paced, multitasking environments to meet operational goals.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Familiarity with CMMS.
    • Proficient in using hand and power tools, machine tools, and precision measuring devices.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to bend, squat, and reach overhead.
    • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
