Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs, responding to work orders, and maintaining the interior and exterior of our buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
  • Responds to work orders
  • Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
  • Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
  • Appliance installation & repair
  • Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
  • Basic HVAC maintenance
  • Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment
  • All other duties as assigned
