As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting visual merchandising excellence in assigned store locations. This includes understanding brand strategies, gameplan integrity, and thoughtful merchandising to create inspiring presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote visual merchandising excellence in assigned store locations through understanding of brand strategies and gameplan integrity.
  • Support store teams with major gameplan sets by understanding merchandising strategies and ensuring game plan integrity.
  • Maintain and present visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance with company directives.
  • Partner with Field Visual Merchandiser and provide feedback on store, merchandising, in-store displays, product, and inventory best practices.
  • Evaluate and understand store KPIs to make commercial decisions and recommendations based on sound financial judgment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably in softlines).
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer and retail merchandising strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills based on analytics.
  • Ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and working independently.
