About the Position

We are seeking a Commercial Territory Manager to join our team at Tennant Company. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for managing our commercial operations in your assigned territory.

Your primary objective will be to work closely with distributors and their sales representatives to expand our market presence. You will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and closing deals or assisting in closing deals with distribution and their representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial operations in your assigned territory.
  • Grow distribution in your assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with Industrial counterparts and other channels of Tennant's business.
  • Install sold equipment through on-site training with customers.

We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $54,180 - 81,180 Annualized (+$29,500 Incentive for Sales). The total compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
