Position Overview

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in newly acquired territories. This role emphasizes building and nurturing long-term relationships with community banks and credit unions, offering them tailored ATM hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Engage in in-person sales calls to financial institutions, focusing on understanding their unique needs and providing solutions that foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Consultative Sales: Navigate extended sales cycles with persistence, offering consultative insights that align with client objectives.
  • Territory Management: Focus on North Dakota and Northern Minnesota, with Fargo as a central location.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in outside sales, preferably in industries that emphasize relationship selling and cold calling, such as payroll services, advertising sales, or payment processing.
  • Personality: Self-motivated and driven, with a genuine desire to build long-term relationships in a consultative sales environment. Comfortable with cold calling and managing extended sales cycles.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $72,000 with on-target earnings of around $100,000 in the first year, including commission
