Job Title: Rehabilitation Services Assistant

**About the Role:**

This position plays a vital role in facilitating patient care within the rehabilitation services by assisting therapists with basic patient care skills and providing support activities to the Rehabilitation Care operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the delivery of therapy services under the direction of Rehab Department staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly department environment.
  • Monitor patients' conditions during treatment.
  • Comply with department operational procedures, including equipment usage and confidentiality.
  • Receive and screen patients, callers, and visitors, responding to inquiries.
  • Log, process, and reconcile therapists' charges.
  • Maintain outpatient appointment schedules.
  • Recommend changes in office procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform other tasks as delegated.

**Requirements:**

  • GED or HiSET (Required)
