Job Description

Allied Universal is actively seeking Security Personnel to support Hurricane Relief initiatives. For all full-time roles, we offer extensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401K, employee assistance programs, discounts, and more. We also accommodate part-time and flexible scheduling options.

DEPLOYMENT PERSONNEL REQUIRED POST-HURRICANE

Compensation: $20 per hour for unarmed positions and $25 per hour for armed roles (must possess an active G license).

Weekly Pay Structure (12-hour shifts):
Earn $2,120 weekly for unarmed roles and $2,650 weekly for armed roles.

Requirements include an Active State of Florida D license (G license for armed positions). Immediate hiring for Hurricane deployment and recovery efforts.

Temporary to Permanent positions are available.

Willingness to travel throughout Florida is essential. The company will provide transportation, meals, and lodging, along with a daily per diem of $57 for out-of-area deployments.

Must be prepared to work 12 to 14-hour shifts for up to 14 consecutive days.

Applicants must present two forms of government-issued identification and be at least 18 years old.

OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE for this post-storm deployment.

As a Professional Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be entrusted with the security and safety of our clients' properties and personnel.


In your role as an Allied Universal Security Officer, you will be well-versed in site-specific policies and procedures, implementing emergency response actions as necessary while delivering exceptional customer service.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public
- Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory as a condition of employment.

Driving Positions:

Must hold a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 36 months, no more than one accident in the last 24 months, and no more than one minor moving violation in the last 24 months), and meet the minimum insurance requirements as dictated by company policy. Ability to operate a vehicle safely is required.


Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Possess intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and efficiently at client locations.

Physical Requirements:
- Work in diverse environments, including extreme weather conditions
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as needed during shifts
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods
