TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS: Must demonstrate a willingness and ability to acquire knowledge about a diverse range of food items, their health advantages, and cooking methods. Proficient in following recipes and basic mathematical skills for adjusting recipe quantities. Capable of interpreting and adhering to established policies and procedures. Exceptional organizational and planning abilities are essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members. Ability to manage conflicts in a professional manner. Must be open to constructive feedback and take responsibility for personal and team success. Required to make informed, significant decisions using recognized skills and techniques. Availability to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays is necessary.
