Job Summary

A Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized comprehensive nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural, and educational needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Render comprehensive nursing care to patients in ICU, Intermediate Care Unit, or Emergency Room
  • Function under the oversight and direction of the Nursing Supervisor
  • Provide preventative, supportive, and rehabilitative nursing care to patients based on the nursing process and hospital policy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Knowledge of specialty equipment and tools
  • One year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare facility preferred
