Critical Care Float Pool Nurse

Job Summary
Alaska Regional Hospital is seeking a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized comprehensive nursing care to patients in ICU, Intermediate Care Unit, or Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will have advanced cardiac life support certification and one year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- One year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare facility
- Knowledge of specialty equipment and tools
