Position Overview:

Are you enthusiastic about culinary arts and collaboration? Join our vibrant team at Flagship Commons, where we are looking for a dedicated individual to assist at our fast-casual service counters.

Preferred Availability: Mornings and Evenings

Compensation: $15/hr. plus tips

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a professional kitchen setting. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to read and write effectively. You should be able to follow instructions closely and thrive in a dynamic work environment while adhering to our food safety and sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with light food preparation and assembly
  • Process cash and credit transactions with patrons
  • Provide change, receipts, and refunds as necessary
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Keep checkout areas clean and organized
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction
