Job Overview:
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid remote work. Our firm consists of 85 attorneys and approximately 100 total staff members. We are in search of an Associate Attorney specializing in commercial and business litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you will:
  • Engage in various aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with clients and legal teams on diverse matters
  • Handle cases in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative and regulatory disputes


Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Virginia Bar admission
  • Experience in commercial and business litigation


Preferred Experience:
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
  • Knowledge in construction, real estate, commercial development, land use, and zoning
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions
  • Background in finance and bankruptcy
  • Familiarity with employment law
