As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for driving supplier quality performance improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier quality performance improvement strategies using statistical analysis and process control techniques.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement robust quality systems and corrective action plans.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field, with a focus on supplier quality management.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
