About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality outpatient care, with a strong emphasis on skill, expertise, and professional standards. Key duties include:

  • Inpatient consult coverage, where you will provide expert guidance to patients with complex neuromuscular conditions
  • Clinical education of medical students and residents, sharing your knowledge and expertise to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals
  • Development of clinical or scientific research in Neuromuscular disease, advancing our understanding of these complex disorders
  • Peer-reviewed publications, showcasing your expertise and contributions to the field
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • M.D. or equivalent degree and a valid license to practice medicine in Arkansas, or eligibility for licensure
  • Completion of an accredited Neurological Training Program and a Neuromuscular Fellowship, demonstrating your commitment to specialized training
  • Candidate must be board eligible in Neurology, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
