Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality dental hygiene services to patients, including cleaning deposits and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins.
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings, radiographic studies, and chart conditions of decay and disease.
  • Prepare patients for dental hygiene treatment by welcoming, seating, and draping them.
  • Provide information to patients and employees by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain instrumentation for dental hygiene treatment by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting instruments.
Requirements
  • Active dental hygiene license in MA.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate patients on oral health care practices.
