Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Confirm phone and online reservations accurately and communicate any changes or issues to guests promptly.
  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collect payment from departing guests and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any special requests or concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary Range:$40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience.
