At PSG Global Solutions Careers, we're seeking a highly skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst who can partner closely with our various organizations to turn short and long-term business needs into high-quality, scalable, secure systems. Your expertise will be essential in driving system strategy, design, and implementation to mutually beneficial ends.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business partners to understand their goals, workflows, and processes.
- Use your deep system knowledge to drive system strategy, design, and implementation.
- Work closely with management and business partners to prioritize and build our team's roadmap and long-range planning.
- Provide communications, including executive summaries and company updates.
- Manage scope, timelines, resource planning, risks, and budgets.
- Identify manual processes and problems for both the business and employees who use collaboration tools and work to determine solutions.
- Manage data collection, analysis of business needs, develop, and recommend solutions.
- Propose and implement process change and evaluate outcomes to ensure they result in measurable improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS collaboration tools (bonus if managed multiple SaaS collaboration applications).
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- Proven track record of having implemented, improved, and supported enterprise-class SaaS systems.
- Demonstrable ability to work autonomously, manage, and lead small to medium projects or parts of larger programs requiring program management involvement.
- Solid grasp of IT fundamentals, including SDLC, agile methodologies, and change management.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including executive-level stakeholders.
